Our Bed & Breakfast is located in Trapani, on the western coast of Sicily, and is a perfect option for those seeking sustainable tourism. We are passionate about animals, bicycles, nature, local products, traditions, and culture. We believe that to live well, it is essential to seek peace, love the environment, and respect diversity.
But what exactly does a sustainable Bed & Breakfast mean?
First and foremost, it means respecting the rules of sustainable tourism and adhering to the principles of sustainable development. It means recognizing that tourism can be an opportunity to achieve socio-economic and cultural goals but also a cause of environmental degradation and loss of local identity. It means being aware of the value of natural and cultural resources and acting to protect and preserve them.
Our Bed & Breakfast is committed to minimizing its impact on the environment. For example, we prefer the use of bicycles to explore the area and minimize water and electricity waste. Additionally, we have chosen not to install air conditioning in the rooms, as the fresh air and breezes of Trapani are sufficient.
Furthermore, we recognize the importance of the local economy, culture, and traditions. Our common room is a large living area equipped with a dining table, fridge, microwave, lounge with TV, and piano, fully available to our guests.
In Sicily, outdoor living is natural and enjoyable. Therefore, you will certainly appreciate the large and bright terrace (over 55 m²) overlooking the garden of palm trees, banana plants, and bougainvillea, an oasis of tranquility in the city center. Please note that the terrace is accessible only from the Titta room.
It's a twin room with a balcony and an arched roof. It’s bright and suites single travelers or couples. In this room there is a ceiling mounted fan and a mosquito net.
Average sized room (16 sq. meters), with newly restored C19 Sicilian maiolicas on the floor and an arched roof. A French window leading to the large terrace, on the south side, makes it the brightest room. There is a double bed, a period wardrobe, a ceiling mounted fan and en-suite bathroom.
A large room (21 sq. meters), with a double bed, a single bed and a period wardrobe. There is an arched roof and a balcony on the north side. There is a ceiling mounted fan and mosquito net.
The largest room, with more than 25 sq. meters covered with C18 Sicilian maiolicas under a tall arched roof. There is a balcony on the on the north side and a double bed, two single beds and some other period pieces as furniture. In this room there is a ceiling mounted fan and mosquito net.
Flat for 4 people with 2 rooms + bathroom and kitchen, silent, bright, recently furnished. Services: kitchen available to guests, private bathroom, ceiling fans, fridge, oven, microwave oven, washing machine. *Breakfast not included*.
Our B&B is located in a convenient spot easily accessible from the highway exit and just a short distance from the beach. It's located in the heart of the new city, next to the Museum and not far from the cable car to Erice. Furthermore, it's well connected to the city center via buses (lines 21, 23, 25, 28, and 30).
