The Bed&Breakfast is located in Trapani, the westernmost tip of Sicily, and is an oasis of sustainable tourism. We love animals, bicycles, nature, local products, traditions, and culture. We believe that it's not possible to live well without seeking peace, loving the environment, and respecting diversity.
But, what does a sustainable Bed&Breakfast actually mean?
First of all, it means respecting the rules of sustainable tourism and adhering to the principles of sustainable development. It means recognizing that tourism can be an opportunity to achieve socio-economic and cultural objectives, but it can also be the cause of environmental degradation and the loss of local identity. It means being aware of the value of our natural and cultural resources and taking action to protect and conserve them.
It means respecting the environment. That's why we prefer the use of bicycles to explore and truly get to know the territory. To do so, we do everything possible to minimize the environmental impact of our Bed&Breakfast, reducing water and electricity consumption. Additionally, we have chosen not to install air conditioning in the rooms: fans, shade, and air currents, of which Trapani is generous, are sufficient. It means recognizing the importance of the local economy, culture, and traditions.
Our common room is a large living room equipped with a dining table, refrigerator, microwave, living room with TV and piano, for the exclusive use of our guests.
In Sicily, living outdoors is normal and pleasant. Therefore, you will undoubtedly enjoy the large and bright terrace (over 55 m2) overlooking the garden of palm trees, bananas, and bougainvilleas, an oasis of tranquility in the city center. Please note that the terrace is only accessible from the Titta room.
